There's a possibility that chin/power are so abundant at the higher rankings not because they're the most effective, but simply because they're the easiest hiddens to check, and the majority of fighters that don't pop them get discarded without ever getting a chance to compete.

Underselling Heart a bit here IMO, especially at the higher weights. Seen so many examples of where a fight was won/lost by Heart alone.
