Phil Davis is one hell of a talented athlete, but i don't see a whole lot of ways he can get the scalp of Glover Teixeira. I think the brazilian is going to be very aggressive and take 'revenge' for his less aggressive approach in the jon jones fight. Hey guys, I was watching the six nations rugby last night and I thought it could hopefully be a good idea to make a tournament similar to this, kind of.. I know the countries tagged in this topic are not those of the six Nations but I figured there are more people playing the game from the countries that I have tagged so I chose them. Anyway, I know this is a big ask to get the numbers that I have requested but hey its worth a shot; no shame in trying! Here are the details of what I would like to do as long as there is a decent amount of interest: Six nations: UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Australia. REQUIREMENTS/RULES: Team/fighter: - 5 in each team (total 30). - 135lbs division. - 18y/o and creation date will be decided when/if teams are filled. - Each manager from each team puts in 10K into the pot pre-tournament. This means that each manager would send the 10K to me so that no one can back out and not pay if their team does not win, then at the end of the Championship I will reward the sum of money to the managers of the winning team. I SWEAR I WILL NOT JUST KEEP IT. Events: - Fight every 3 weeks. - In Wolf Palace RIO (rio de janeiro). - All countries will face each other at some point. - Fought in a cage. - 3x5 min rounds. - 4 of the teams will fight on the Saturdays and the other 2 on the Sundays. Training: - Training allowed in gym of choice. Contracts: - 1500/1500/1500 Prizes: - 300k pot split between the 5 managers of the winning team = 60K each - Top fighter of the winning team gets 3 month VIP paid for by yours truly. - And most importantly the right to brag about how awesome your country is! ‘Grudge matches’: - The’ Grudge matches’ will be the final match-ups of the tournament between the 2 countries I pick to have a grudge against each other (even if they actually don’t in real life). Anyway, when it gets to the grudge matches I will give each of the winning teams 15K to split between the members of the team. The Grudge matches will be between: § USA vs Canada § UK vs Australia § Russia vs BrazilSix nations: UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Australia.
