  2. Both guys must have used extremely low power and high accuracy.
  3. I was trying to figure out how the numbers were that high, then I saw that fight was five 10 minute rounds - crazy.
  4. I've had 3 separate 10 fight win streaks, but never hit 11. Last week I thought I was for sure going to hit 11, but lost to an inferior fighter.
  5. Out of the fighters whose primary strategy is to clinch rape their opponents, who has the highest P4P ranking? In other words, who is the best (in-game) clinch rapist?
  6. Cormier Hendricks Evans Magomedov Pena Bagautinov: Born in Dagestan + training at Jackson/Winklejohn = easy money Rodriguez Tumenov Namajunas Makhachev Northcutt Pettis Pesta
  7. The winner of Filipe Acosta v Silas Gore will be a paper champion. Marcel Capuchin is waiting in the wings to make you bleed and take that 145lb belt!
  8. Now it should be Arlovski vs the winner of JDS and Overeem to determine who gets next title shot.
  9. Dustin Poirier gets KTFO'd by McGregor, so he moves up in weight for easier fights. So the UFC matches him up against Duffy. . . in Ireland no less. This is conclusive evidence that the UFC hates Dustin Poirier. . . And that's the truth because Blake Phoenix said so! Discuss.
  10. In no particular order: Mir knocking out Nog, Mir breaking Nog's arm, Dillashaw winning title from Barao, Dillashaw TKO'ing Barao on the rematch, Brock Lesnar's arm triangle submission of Carwin after getting beat up the first round, Royce Gracie's corner throwing in the towel vs Kazushi Sakuraba, Weidman KO'ing Anderson Silva, Randy Couture beating Chuck Liddell mostly with his boxing, Nog submitting Sapp after getting power bombed and otherwise having the holy shit beat out of him, Yoel Romero beating Machida, Matt Hughes submitting GSP by armbar, McGregor beating Mendez, Royce Gracie triangling Dan Severn when no one knew what a triangle choke was, Johnny Hendricks beating GSP (BEFORE the decision was announced).
  11. At LHW vs Rumble is as close as you can get to guaranteed that someone is getting knocked out - that would kick all kinds of ass!
  12. Toni “Submarine” Eerkilaa is back on the rise! This 28 year old striker with excellent conditioning hit a slump under his old management, losing 4 out of his last 5 fights. Under the guidance of Eerkilaa’s new manager, Blake Phoenix, Eerkilaa has gone 3 and 0, bringing him into possible title contention in the LVP 265+ division. When asked about what’s next, the Submarine said “I’ll torpedo whoever they put in front of me, but I sure hope it’s the champ – I want that belt! I’ve put in the work. I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m ready for the gold!”

  14. Jeff Baldwin is ducking Nokken Bichezout (278711). Man up and accept the fight already. You're the only thing standing between NB and a title fight.
  15. Obviously most of us feel that Velasquez getting an immediate rematch vs Werdum is B.S. What do you want to see instead? Personally, I think Dos Santos and Arlovski should fight each other and the winner gets Werdum. My reasoning is that Dos & Arlovski are the 2 highest ranked fighters that have previously beaten Werdum's ass. Honestly, I think that if Alistair Overeem came in with good conditioning and a Greg Jackson game plan that Overeem would beat Werdum again too. That doesn't mean I think Reem deserves the shot yet, but it would be fun to watch.
  16. Romero has the ab advantage, thigh advantage, beard advantage, and tattoo advantage - Romero HAS to win!
  17. If Romero comes in with good cardio I pick Romero. If not, then Jacare. The problem is, in the survey there should have been a 3rd option - fight doesn't take place because 1 or both fighters withdraw due to injury or illness - this would be the odds on favorite to happen based on past results. Discuss.
  18. Are both guys still training with Jackson/Winklejohn? If so, that makes this an odd fight matchup. If any of you know who is training where, please fill us in. I REALLY want Mir to win this fight, but as of right now, I think this is really a toss up - it depends on who comes in better shape and with the better gameplan. That being said, if one of these guys is preparing w/Jackson for this fight and the other is not. then I give the edge to whoever is w/ Jackson. That mofo is a genius strategist.
  19. I re-watched the fight as if I was a judge. To me, the first 2 rounds were obviously won by Johnson and the 3rd round was obviously won by Dariush. I don't see how EITHER of the first 2 rounds were close enough that any respectable judge could have given either of them to Dariush. . . and I like Dariush. I wanted him to win before the fight took place. But Johnson got ROBBED.
  20. Apparently Joe Silva smoked way too much weed while hanging out with Joe Rogan and Eddie Bravo. Who the F wants to see Condit fight Lawler? Not me! Was it Condit's loss to Hendricks, or his loss to Woodley that earned him the title shot??? WTF???
  21. I totally agree w/ Jacman and was going to post essentially the same thing before I saw that he already posted it. I like Holly Holm. I think eventually she might be the one to beat Ronda, but for Holly's own development she needs to fight and defeat a couple of top 5 contenders before being thrown to the wolf that is Ronda Rousey. Hell, if they want to fast track Holm, at least have her fight Amanda Nunes and the winner gets Rousey.
