Seriously guys? This shits getting ridiculous, leave people the fuck alone and mind your own business and play the game with what you got and stop bitching. It takes time to build a great org and great new fighters. Were going to start losing a shit ton of orgs because of this thread, fucking great. This is no different then whats been happening throughout the history of orgs in MMA TYCOON. You people complaining on here everyday about something different seriously need to go find another game to fill some of your time. Its an online game people, grow the fuck up. Support other orgs and work with them and your org will benefit in return. Chuck was the most likeable, responsible org owners we could want for a top org.

CEC going is not good for the game

Time for the complainers to step up and fill the void left by the impending closure of CEC. Thank you all for reminding me why I have zero interest in running an Org any longer.

Actually apparently it is exactly what the game needs. No pressure to the remaining Orgs right, I am sure they can handle it.

Let's be adults and just say its CEC that's doing it. You know I retired from the game for at least 5 years and did nothing but save money(and buy it) and train my guys for TWGC tournaments and I didnt give a F@#k what went on in game and I especially didn't know about a VIP exchange going on, it wasn't until around the time I bought my last big score from a guy who's actually commenting in this thread complaining about it, and that there was an exchange to do that sort of thing, so I stopped soon after and starting buying there and planning my big come back. So here I was with a great deal of money and the desire to have the best org and to bring back the good old days when it was Pride, CFC, SYN, NFC, BLITZ, ASCENSION, GAMMA, and eventually EVO. so after striking out with all the big names I eventually settled for a few up and coming orgs and gave it a go, but it just wasnt what I wanted and was taking too long, so FINALLY I made one last pitch for CEC and completed the deal, so I left both orgs(didnt ask for a dime for them) I had with a great deal of my cash and moved on. Basically I'm explaining how I got here and I'm not buying outside the exchange anymore and how I didnt try to make one big super org with the orgs I had, I even donated a huge amount to a current top 5 org just to see it stay running. So if I am ruining the org game it's not intentional and I just wanted to be the best, this game is called mmaTYCOON not mma FAIRPLAY. So I will close shop for the betterment of the game, March 7th will be my last event and I'll be moving on to a less stressful adventure where nobody can complain. Thanks to all who helped and stuck it out til the end.

ONE FC, Bellator, UFC.. they are all examples of big money making the promotions the top in the game, that is the name of the fight game, the best fighters go to the best orgs so they can get payed the most.. This isnt something new the game has always been like this. The big orgs have always thrown big money around. Like a previous poster mentioned even though the money is there doesnt always mean its going to be accepted. Still dont get why people complain anyways, isnt this game about becoming a tycoon.

If I ever keep a fighter for any decent amount of time then I don't reuse the avatar, for the reasons you just said. But since people are paying to use custom avatars, they should get to use em as many times as they like imo.

GAMMA just won org of the year.... Yeah they def aren’t in the same category as CEC right? Ooookay.. We have more then 2 top tier elite orgs here making the game better by working together in the Superfight league for example and lending fighters out all the time. Syn could have won org of the year too, all the orgs nominated deserved it. The org owners who know what they are doing are fine. Mid tier orgs will become top orgs when put in their time and are well respected and trusted. Building up fighters and champions and hype and popularity and money takes a lot of effort. By then Most orgs come down to loyalty by managers who appreciate the org owner and enjoy fighting underneath their banner. Half the people on here couldn’t give a shit about tycoon money nowadays, we just want to fight and have an org owner who isn’t bitching all the time.

Now we’re talking. Who wins: Ronda & Mighty Mouse vs Brock? The bear vs Khabib 2? CM Punk vs an untrained child? All close match ups imo.

I am not getting into an ethics debate, yes I agree if things are done in a shady fashion thats not cool. I havent been discussing that side so my apologies what I have been explaining is the complaint about a monopoly on the game. The reason it appears like a Monopoly is because there really is only 1 top tier Org at the present time. Sorry if I offend anyone here but thats a simple fact. When we were in our heyday here and I brought Syn back from the ashes I was in the same spot you are. I couldnt compete financially with EVO and that Jugg fucker pissed me off many a times but it seems todays players prefer to complain and whine when they dont get what they want. Did I, no, I worked harder at my craft, I refined my abilities and made that coin I needed to survive. Like I have said, the money is out there you just need to know how to go get it.

Louie, read Ovos post carefully, and decide for yourself the ethics behind buying MMAT currency w/ real world cash. Then, using that cash to inflate contracts to a point of WTF-ery. If I could only tell you how many messages I've sent out to managers throughout the last month(no, not contracts, messages), asking if they would be interested in bringing their fighter over to EMP for an "x" amount of dollars. You know what I hear back 75-80% of the time? "CEC is offering me a lot more than that". 600p4p fighter deserves a 250k/60k/60k contract? Of course not, but CEC can pay that because of the hype generated through fucking cash injections. A mid-tier org will lose hundreds of thousands every event if they were paying fighters contracts such as I mentioned above. Also, just to answer some stupid remark by Camara that will inevitably follow: "Fuck off chode, this isn't your place."

Truth of the matter is even the mid tier Orgs could one day become a top end Org, just gotta know what U are doing. The money is there to be had just gotta go get it.

Custom avatar should be able to use once, not over and over again it's feels weird to use an avatar on a fighter then u release the fighter/retire and still have that avatar available to use on another fighter and another one...

Hi managers in F&BE, We are proud to announce that we are going to make a remodeling in the org. very soon. First, there will be some roster swaps in the near future. I am in under a deal with Madness MMA owner, Butch Harris Does not get free wins. The plan is for all 18 to 21 year old creations from F&BE to get a loan contract from his org, and in return i will bring his 25 year old fighters to F&BE. This will be a process that will take some time but I want to start over next week. I know some of you that have young creations here may enjoy the org and I have enjoyed your fighters being apart of it. The ultimate goal though is competitive and fair fights and I would expect most managers to be on board with this idea but if you have any questions please reach out. This org. has also plans to hire 25 y.o. fighters from the Island. They will bring a fresh air to this org. and at the same time these fighters can end up their careers in this org. Thus, they´ll be embraced by us and fairly matched when the Island season ends. So, if you have any fighters there they´ll be welcome in F&BE, St. Petersburg. Bye for now!

If you spend too much time without fighting and without training a specific skill (among the highest ones) that skill will diminish. it varies how much time it takes for each fighter but it's about 2-3 months; That applies to secondaries, primaries and physicals; Fighter's ability to learn (i.e. learning speed) diminish as they get older; I would have an 18y/o learn first cardio and strength up to 13; then your main secondaries up to 13-14; There are different strategies to develop an 18 y/o project. I believe most people train a little bit of everything among the main secondaries, primaries and physicals. Some people wait a bit longer to start having projects sparring.

You know better than this Louie. Would you listen to a computer programmers advice on how a heart surgery should be performed, or vice versa? I get it, you're defending Chuck(I've defended him plenty myself), but the root of this can't be argued: cash acquired by breaking the games rules(even not takings ethics into consideration, because sometimes something unethical can still be per-the-rules).

The org game is tough, but options for people creates variety. I would like the mid tier to pick it up now. Any and all CEC representatives welcome.

Guy has no weight cat top fighter award, has no best fighter of the year, has no org/nutri/clothing award. Has no upset of the year award. Plus Avatars are expensive af so if you pay for it, you should be able to re-use it as many times as you'd like. If I putan avatar on a new fighter and he ended up being complete bootie with no hiddens, I don't want to keep that avatar on him.

the last time he asked for more time, he still lost the belt. camara said he was changing his ways and fighting more often. his fighters lost 10% energy and are injured for 1-2 days, and yet are fighting again in 5 weeks. ok bud

It is not okay when an org uses real money to get a competitive advantage over the other orgs for sure. Maybe some restriction could be introduced where every org should be running on profit or it would get taxed with some big amount. But you can always go round that with a direct manager transfer so I dont know.

No reason for a champ to be getting offers from the competition. Inferno and RFC are solid orgs, Empyrean is ok too. I am sure they tried to resign the champs before their contracts ended (I usually do w 1 fight left). You are getting mad at something you created... an unempoyed champion.

if you are going to have committees no problem but in real life people on voting committees cannot be considered for awards, so it would remove a lot of deserving people from being nominated The best option I saw is having CLEAR criteria as there is no real criteria for most of the awards at the moment Just thoughts
