Kevinho Souza da Silva was born in the beach paradise of Rio de Janeiro to parents that did not want him. Instead, Kevin found himself raised by a poor but charitable Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professor who taught the young orphan the ins-and-outs of grappling from a young age.<br><br>After going 4-0 on the Brazilian regional MMA scene, Kevin moved to Tokyo to train with the famed Kitano Fight Gym.
