Gunnar has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gunnar there as he acknowledges the shot. Gunnar with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ehlers to score with a decent uppercut. Ehlers with a jab. Gunnar shoots for a takedown but Ehlers saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.#TD# Ehlers gets a double leg takedown into Gunnar's guard. Gunnar keeping moving, preventing Ehlers from controlling successfully. Ehlers postures up in Gunnar's guard and throws a big left but Gunnar blocks it. Ehlers trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ehlers has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Ehlers engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. #T1# Ehlers wants to stand but Gunnar has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Richardson fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Richardson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Felipe Ehlers. That's going to take a lot out of him.
