Guerrero fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Do Gyeom Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed right hand from Lee misses the target.
Lee misses with a straight left.
Guerrero missing with a left hand there. Lee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Guerrero tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lee swivels and escapes.
Guerrero moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromLee.
Guerrero shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lee as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Allen Guerrero. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Guerrero wants to clinch up but Lee keeps it at a distance.
Lee looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've been told by Guerrero's head coaches at Cozad MMA Montreal that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Guerrero shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lee as he avoids it easily.
Lee pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Guerrero back to the cage. Lee follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.#CUT2#It looks like Allen Guerrero has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Do Gyeom Lee decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. |
