And Gracie tries to counter it with a takedown but Cleaver pushes his down on his head and steps out. Cleaver bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Mervin Cleaver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gracie takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Cleaver lands with a right hand. Gracie walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Cleaver is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gracie. Cleaver connects with a body shot that sends Gracie's belly button to the back. This has been an exciting period of action!
