Sawyer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Joshua walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.#CUT#It looks like Anthoniii Joshua has been cut.
Sawyer swings widly with a right hand
and Joshua counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sawyer throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Joshua counters with a nice uppercut. #CL#
Sawyer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Joshua pushes Sawyer back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sawyer doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Sawyer breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sawyer looks to throw the jab but Joshua is out of range.
Sawyer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Joshua counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Sawyer off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Joshua follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Sawyer was out before he hit the floor.

Sawyer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sawyer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wallace was well out of range. Poor timing from Sawyer.
Wallace misses the shot to the body.
Sawyer throws a poor cross that misses
and Wallace makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Sawyer displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wallace throws out the jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
