Towns throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Allen's waist but Allen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Towns off to one side.
Allen changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Towns shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Towns dives in for a single leg takedown but Allen sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Allen appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Darren Allen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Towns.
Towns tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Allen swivels and escapes.
