A punch lands to the side of Tanev 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Tanev has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pesonen finds it's way round the side to connect with Tanev's head.
Pesonen jabs Tanev to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Pesonen lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.#ROC#Tanev is rocked!
Tanev walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Tanev limp body while Pesonen jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Axelsen throws a hook but Pesonen avoids it easily.
It looked like Pesonen wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Pesonen swings for the body but Axelsen moves out of range.

Pesonen defending well as Axelsen loads up on a big left hand.
Axelsen throws a looping overhand right but Pesonen ducks down to avoid it.
Pesonen is looking to counter with a shot to the body.

James closes the distance looking to clinch

Sloppy strikes from Pesonen. Those never looked like landing.
James gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Pesonen counters with a right hand to the body.
James misses with a series of wild punches.

James shoots in looking for a takedown. Pesonen tries to sprawl out of it but James keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pesonen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sinatra Pesonen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kam James.
James fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pesonen avoids it really well and circles away.
