We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Fairburn has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.#CL#

Thekid ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Thekid no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Thekid gets in close and tags Fairburn with a short punch that almost sends Fairburn to the mat! Oh Fairburn is in big trouble! He turns his back on Thekid, trying to create some distance but Thekid rushes him, striking wildly and Fairburn goes down! The referee tackles Thekid into the cage to end the fight! Thekid is one violent man!

Wise is looking to defend but Fairburn has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Wise! Fairburn pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Wise taps out and this one is all over!
