Frank misses the shot to the body.
Phillips fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Frank on the side of the head.
Phillips is trying hard to land a takedown here. Frank sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Phillips tries to clinch but Frank is having none of it.
Frank has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
