White tries to clinch but Kurt is having none of it.
White throws a right hand that Kurt ducks under and follows up with a left that Kurt also avoids with ease.
White throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kurt.
White throws a hook but Kurt avoids it easily.
Kurt definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
White takes one to the side of the head.
White throws a hook to the side of Kurt's head but Kurt sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
White lands a lovely overhand right.
White closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Kurt goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
White lands a nice looking body shot.
White misses with a looping left.
White takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Kurt has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.#KD2#
White lands a left and a right that send Kurt crashing to the mat, dazed. White thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC2#Kurt is rocked!
Kurt glances at the clock... BAM! White nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Kurt crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Kurt is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jason White!

White is looking to clinch.
White misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gracie.
Gracie looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.#TD#
Gracie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
White struggling a bit here.#SUB#
Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The referee asks Gracie politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Gracie prefers to stall for the moment though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White is trying to get back to half guard.
White seems a little lost for a moment, as Gracie dominates the positioning.#T1#

White is looking for a sweep.
Gracie is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down White's shoulder. That is not cool. #SUB#

White tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gracie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. #T2#
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Gracie looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Gracie takes a little break here. White wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.#T3#
Gracie seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down White for as long as he can get away with.

Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Gracie tries to score with some ground and pound. White controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. #SUB#
Gracie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by White, who protects the arm well.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
White tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Gracie controls the position from side control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Gracie looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for White!
Roldao Gracie overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.#SUB#
Gracie is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, White has escaped the position, nice work there.
Gracie is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that White can do to turn this around?
White wants to control but Gracie postures up.

Gracie is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. White is trying to escape and Gracie transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and White is forced to tap! Nice work there by Gracie! Very nice indeed!

After winning the bout, Roldao Gracie thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

White throws a shot from downtown. Zues moves away and avoids it.
White throws a right hand that Zues ducks under and follows up with a left that Zues also avoids with ease.
Zues misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
White lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Zues throws a right and a left that both miss.
White tries to clinch there but Zues circles away.
Zues connects with a looping right hand.
White misses with a wild body shot.
Zues connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Zues works the jab nicely.
Zues bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps White's head backwards.
White on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there. #ROC#White is rocked!
A low kick from Zues is predictable there
and White counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#TD#
Zues shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Zues was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
White is still in real trouble! Can Zues finish him?
White tries to get back to half guard but can't.
White seems to have recovered his senses.
Zues sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but White is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Zues knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for White on the ground.

Zues not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
White is looking to control Zues's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can White avoid being mounted?

Zues sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. White defending well though.
White is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Zues's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Zues's back!
Zues wants to get back to his feet.
White wants to control but Zues is keeping busy.

Zues is trying to shake White off. He's managed it and has hopped back to his feet! White won't be happy about giving up the dominant position.
Zues takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zues digs a good hook to White's body.
White wants to clinch.
Zues scores with a nice right hand.
Zues fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt White.
Jason White is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zues will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air. #T3#
Zues throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Zues misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
No joy there for White, who threw a few shots but didn't land. #CL#
Zues fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with White, pushing him back against the cage.
White is trying to pull guard but Zues turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
White tries to pull guard but Zues won't allow it.
Zues has had enough of the clinch but White keeps him there for the moment.
White can't get the takedown.
Hey Zues has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason White.

Zues slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Zues connects with a stiff jab that staggers White - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
