Scheuss dives in and grabs Barreto's left leg, looking for a takedown. Barreto pushes down on Scheuss's head and hops out.
Scheuss shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Barreto sprawls well. Barreto wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Scheuss gets slowly back to his feet.#TD#
Barreto darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Barreto controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Scheuss has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Barreto is working away from the top position though.#T1#

Scheuss is looking to cinch up a triangle. Barreto throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Scheuss's body to avoid the submission. Scheuss has instead reached around Barreto's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Scheuss arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

During a confident post fight interview, Florentius Scheuss thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

White lands with a hook. Scheuss tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Scheuss doesn't succeed with the takedown
and White counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Florentius Scheuss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Scheuss shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and White counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Scheuss gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and White counters with a big right hand! Oh Scheuss is in trouble here! White follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Butterfinger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Scheuss is trying hard to land a takedown here. Butterfinger sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Butterfinger buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Butterfinger moves into range and connects with a jab.
Scheuss tries for a takedown but Butterfinger sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Butterfinger throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Butterfinger scores with a nice right hand. #TD#
Scheuss closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Butterfinger to the mat! Butterfinger manages to get full guard.
Scheuss is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Scheuss definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.#SUB2#
Butterfinger is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Scheuss not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. #T1##SUB#
Scheuss drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Scheuss jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Scheuss's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Mcbee closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Mcbee content to control rather than advance.
Scheuss trying to hold on to Mcbee's head to control him but Mcbee postures up.
Scheuss is looking for a sweep. Mcbee is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mcbee working over Scheuss with some ground and pound. Scheuss looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Scheuss is looking to control Mcbee's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Scheuss avoid being mounted?
Mcbee performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Mcbee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Scheuss on the ground.

Mcbee is in the full mount, landing strikes.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Scheuss takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Mcbee feints a jab and as Scheuss dips his head, Mcbee unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Scheuss right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Scheuss falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Mcbee smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
