We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
San looks to land a combination but Goon avoids it well.
It looked like Goon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from San.
Goon has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Brooklyn Mixed Martial Arts in the buildup to the fight.
Goon misses with a wild combination.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
San tries to close the distance and clinch up but Goon swats him away and circles back towards the center.
It looked like Goon was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Goon leaves Liger with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Savage Goon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jushin Liger.
Goon connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Liger momentarily.

Liger tries to get to his feet but Goon is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Liger is in need of a savior and steps in!

Jenning's coach down at Fight Club Gym 600pw was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jenning's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
