The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; Beef Stew! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Theodore Jasper!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Thiago Cunha and Alexandre Firmino.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Stew gets tackled into the cage by Jasper. Jasper maintains the clinch.

Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Khabib Nurmagomedov (ranked 2463 p4p, 263 weight class) and Beef Stew (ranked 1682 p4p, 192 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Khabib Nurmagomedov has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Khabib Nurmagomedov seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

We've been told by Stew's head coaches at Men Only. No Liberals ! that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kilifa or perhaps it was just good defense by Stew, which made it look bad.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Park is keen to just control but Stew is a slippery customer.

Park has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Park thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Stew's head.
Still in half guard, Park seems content to control.
