Ali throws a right hand that Blade ducks under and follows up with a left that Blade also avoids with ease.
Ali lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Mohammed Ali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blade misses with a takedown attempt - Ali sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Ali lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A determined Mohammed Ali didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!

Blade changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Boyd looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Blade throws a strike aimed at the side of Boyd's head but Boyd avoids it well.
Blade is trying to ground and pound but Boyd uses the momentary lack of control by Blade to regain half guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dennis Boyd.
Well Blade has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
