King shoots in looking for a takedown. McTavern tries to sprawl out of it but King keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McTavern manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
McTavern throws a nice inside leg kick.
King on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
King looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McTavern wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
King has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McTavern finds it's way round the side to connect with King's head.
A nice combination there by McTavern.

Meridius has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

King feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
King slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
King sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Boulton's guard.
Boulton wants to get back to full guard.
Still in half guard, King seems content to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

King looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Boulton won't allow King to pass to mount.

Bufflo tries to throw a body punch but King avoids it by throwing Bufflo back against the cage.
King pushes Bufflo back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
King lands a nice knee to the body.
Bufflo is breathing heavily.
King lands with a right to the head.
A right handed body shot lands from King.
