Lanaster shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Lanaster takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Shinjo cracks Lanaster with an open hand slap.
Lanaster takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lanaster is defended easily by Shinjo.#T1#
Lanaster changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Shinjo tries to avoid it but Lanaster manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Shinjo to the ground. Shinjo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyrian Lanaster. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Shinjo dances in with a quick combination. Lanaster is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Shinjo snaps Lanaster's head back. Lanaster stumbles backwards against the cage. Shinjo steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Lanaster's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Lanaster just didn't come prepared.

Two is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Two is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Lanaster couldn't care less - he's delighted!
