and Agnarsson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Joseph Stalin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stalin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Agnarsson is fending him off so far but Stalin persists. Nope, Agnarsson circles away and we're back to standing.

Agnarsson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Stalin sprawling to the canvas! Stalin rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Agnarsson finish him?!

Agnarsson fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Stalin to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Stalin looks to clinch but Agnarsson throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Stalin taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Stalin is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Stalin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Aguilar knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stalin on the ground.#SUB2#
Stalin is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Aguilar defends it well.
Aguilar is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. #ES#
Aguilar manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Stalin keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. #TD2#
Stalin wants the takedown. Aguilar is fighting it off but Stalin persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Aguilar's guard against the cage.
Aguilar wants to stand and escape but Stalin is having none of it.

Aguilar manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stalin manages to get himself to full guard. #REVR#

Stalin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Aguilar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Aguilar stands up over Stalin, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. #SUB2#
Aguilar wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Stalin's closed guard. He's half up but Stalin has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Stalin pivots and extends the arm, Aguilar falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Stalin! Well done that man!
