Ambler goes for a double leg but Mccarthy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mccarthy continues to drive forward.

Ambler is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Mccarthy is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Mccarthy flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Ambler anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Mccarthy and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Ambler slips an arm under Mccarthy chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Ambler has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Ambler is squeezing on Mccarthy like an anaconda would it's prey. Mccarthy fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mccarthy finds Falo's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Falo flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Mccarthy lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Falo will be OK.
