Base shoots for a takedown but Pellervoinen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Big Base. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pellervoinen is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Base flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Base is out cold!
