Silva has an Americana. Filipovic didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Silva is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Silva hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Filipovic has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Serlal cracks Filipovic with a right hand to the side of the head.

Serlal tries to counter with a takedown but Filipovic is quick to defend against it.

Bugurtov has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad MMA St Petersburg in the buildup to the fight.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bugurtov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Filipovic was well out of range. Poor timing from Bugurtov.

Goyle tries to bum rush Filipovic with a series of wild strikes but Filipovic uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sloppy strikes from Goyle. Those never looked like landing.
Filipovic is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Goyle.
Goyle swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Goyle feints a jab promting Filipovic to slip. Goyle then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Filipovic slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
