The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Johnson onto his butt! Johnson bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.
It looks like Anthony Johnson has been cut.
Knox misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

The referee is taking a long look at him and he's waved off the fight! He didn't think Johnson was in a fit state to continue so this fight is over! Knox is your winner!
