Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vasil Petrov!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arse Wreaker!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wreaker throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Petrov on the side of the head.
Petrov throws a body shot but no joy.
Petrov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wreaker moves away.
Wreaker misses with a lunging right hand
and Petrov counters with a left to the body.
Petrov lunges at Wreaker with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Wreaker's hand.
A decent looking cross lands there for Wreaker.
It looks like Vasil Petrov has been cut.
Petrov moves away from the strike by Wreaker.
Petrov is looking to counter punch.
Wreaker takes a swing at Petrov's ribcage but misses.
Wreaker loads up on a big right hand but Petrov slips the punch.
Wreaker misses the body punch
and Petrov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Petrov smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Petrov takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Petrov drops his hands momentarily and Wreaker takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Wreaker ducks right into an uppercut from Petrov.
Wreaker is rocked!
It looks like Arse Wreaker has been cut.
Wreaker swings widly with a right hand
and Petrov counters with a big left hand that crumples Wreaker! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vasil Petrov!
Vasil Petrov retains his welterweight title!
A less than humble Vasil Petrov misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
