Braddock connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Nurudinov looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Braddock looks to land a combination but Nurudinov avoids it well.
Braddock looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Braddock missing with a left hand there. Nurudinov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Braddock fails to land with a series of punches.
No joy there for Braddock, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've been hearing reports that Nurudinov has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Braddock, right into the meat.
Nurudinov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Braddock counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Braddock lands with a nice combination. Nurudinov backs away looking to recover.

and Braddock counters with a crisp right hand that drops Nurudinov! Braddock lets Nurudinov back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Nurudinov is rocked!

It looks like Diyorbek Nurudinov has been cut.
Braddock cracks Nurudinov on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Nurudinov falls backwards against the cage. Braddock follows up with more strikes that drop Nurudinov to his knees. Braddock keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Nurudinov! This one is all over!

After the fight, John Braddock was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
