Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Niedzwiedzinski (ranked 2506 p4p, 288 weight class) and Cletus McDonald (ranked 1196 p4p, 160 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying McDonald 's choice of entrance music: Merle Haggard - Okie From Muskogee. Bruno Niedzwiedzinski has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Niedzwiedzinski tries a head kick but it misses.
Niedzwiedzinski has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Roosters Coop in the buildup to the fight.

McDonald is looking to slow Niedzwiedzinski down with leg kicks.
We've been informed that McDonald has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

McDonald fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Niedzwiedzinski sprawls well initially but McDonald persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
McDonald looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Niedzwiedzinski with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
