Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Maeda (ranked 835 p4p, 102 weight class) and Artturi Reinikainen (ranked 598 p4p, 75 weight class). Maeda's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Submission. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reinikainen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Maeda's head backwards.
Reinikainen pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Maeda back to the cage. Reinikainen follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Maeda looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Maeda.

Maeda looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Reinikainen is fending him off so far but Maeda persists. Nope, Reinikainen circles away and we're back to standing.

Artturi Reinikainen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Reinikainen plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Maeda to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Maeda just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

After the fight, Artturi Reinikainen was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
