PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abdel Mumu (ranked 535 p4p, 72 weight class) and Caius Cosades (ranked 379 p4p, 49 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cosades's choice of entrance music: Morrowind. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosades shoots in looking for a takedown. Mumu tries to sprawl out of it but Cosades keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mumu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mumu uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cosades.

That was a close round but I would say that Abdel Mumu will probably get the nod.

Cosades fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mumu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
