Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jaxorus Imendos (ranked 6466 p4p, 505 weight class) and Ramo Jebenjas (ranked 6799 p4p, 514 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jebenjas tries to clinch up but Imendos circles away and keeps his distance.
Imendos looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.

Imendos changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jebenjas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jebenjas is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Imendos working the head and body with strikes.
Imendos lands a nice forearm strike.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Jebenjas is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Imendos asserts his dominance and retains side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Imendos has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Imendos controls the position.
Imendos scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Jebenjas to see if he's OK.

A lull in the action here as Imendos stalls from top position.
Imendos cracks Jebenjas with a big right hand but Jebenjas just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Imendos controls the position.
Jebenjas is looking for a sweep.
Imendos moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Imendos seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Jebenjas for as long as he can get away with.
Jebenjas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Imendos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jebenjas tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Imendos controlling the position well here. Jebenjas rolled but Imendos kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Imendos continues to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jebenjas can't escape the position.
Jebenjas is trying to stand back up.
Jebenjas rolls, trying to escape but Imendos keeps control of the position.
Imendos slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Jebenjas is trying to get back to his feet but Imendos has full control of the position and if anything, Jebenjas has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Jebenjas trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
