Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luke Vader (ranked 6015 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamdi Ahmad (ranked 4714 p4p, 0 weight class). Hamdi Ahmad is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Vader.
As Vader backs off Ahmad throws a huge counter combo but Vader manages to avoid it all.

Ahmad looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Ahmad drops down looking for an ankle pick but Vader pulls his leg out and moves away.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ahmad can do anything to dispel that myth.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Vader throws a shot to the body.

Vader lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
