Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Toto Finklstein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jhh Fggh!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fggh moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Finklstein shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fggh manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Finklstein wants to pass the guard but Fggh is keeping the position.
Finklstein throwing strikes from guard but Fggh blocks nicely.
Finklstein engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Finklstein missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Finklstein not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Finklstein might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Finklstein seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fggh for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Finklstein throwing strikes but Fggh manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Finklstein manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Fggh prevents Finklstein from improving his position.

Fggh stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Fggh lands a head shot.
Fggh connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Nice uppercut there from Fggh.

Finklstein gets a takedown into half guard.

Finklstein wants to free his trapped foot but Fggh is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Finklstein throws a strike but Fggh avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Finklstein stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fggh swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fggh has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Finklstein off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Finklstein shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Finklstein stalling.
Finklstein not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Finklstein is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Fggh blocking the ground and pound attempt from Finklstein.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Jhh Fggh will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Fggh connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Finklstein momentarily.

Toto Finklstein overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Fggh tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Finklstein presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Fggh is trying to escape the mount.
Fggh sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Fggh keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Finklstein wants to pass the guard but Fggh is defending well.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Finklstein is taking a breather. Fggh says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Finklstein shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fggh manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fggh kicks Finklstein off and gets to his feet.

Finklstein closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Finklstein swings around for an armbar but Fggh sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Finklstein's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Finklstein striking off his back but it's not causing Fggh any problems.
Finklstein throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Finklstein pulls Fggh in to control the position.
Finklstein wants to sweep but no luck.

Fggh takes a decent strike to the side of the head.

Fggh stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Finklstein shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Finklstein showed some decent athleticism there.
Finklstein not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Fggh is looking to improve his position.
Fggh is looking to escape.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Jhh Fggh will probably get the nod - 10:9.

and Fggh counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Finklstein has closed the distance and engaged Fggh in a clinch.

Finklstein has Fggh pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Finklstein pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Fggh tumbling to the mat - Finklstein dives into Fggh's guard.

Fggh has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Finklstein is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Finklstein rushes Fggh and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Finklstein breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Toto Finklstein is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Fggh pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Finklstein back to the cage. Fggh follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Fggh is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Finklstein gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Fggh counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Finklstein stuffs the takedown attempt from Fggh. Fggh gets slowly back to his feet.
Fggh lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Finklstein backs up against the cage.

Finklstein drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Finklstein drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Fggh dives on top into guard.

Fggh loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Fggh with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Finklstein manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fggh manages to get himself to full guard.

Finklstein has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Fggh has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Finklstein has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Fggh is trying to break the clinch but Finklstein has him pressed against the cage.

Finklstein pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Finklstein is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Fggh.

Finklstein throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fggh was covering up waiting for the punch and Finklstein finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Fggh pushes Finklstein off and gets back to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight!
Jhh Fggh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Fggh winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
