Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Branimir Simeon (ranked 898 p4p, 57 weight class) and John Lee (ranked 918 p4p, 59 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Chris Dean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Simeon rushes Lee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Simeon lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Lee blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Lee pulls Simeon into guard.
Lee looking to control but Simeon passes into half guard.
Lee wants to control but Simeon is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Lee tries to get to full guard but Simeon has control of the leg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Simeon moves into full mount! Lee won't be happy about that!
Lee tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Simeon has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Lee is in all sorts of trouble here.

Lee regains half guard.
Lee is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Simeon jumps into side control!
Lee wants to control but Simeon postures up.
Lee is looking to reverse the position.
Simeon content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Lee tries to improve position but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee is trying to control Simeon's posture but Simeon avoids it.

Lee gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Simeon prevents Lee from improving his position.
Lee is pressing down on Simeon's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Lee working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Simeon doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Simeon manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Lee looking for a sweep. Not yet Lee, not yet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Simeon scores with a nice right hand.
Lee takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Lee takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

It looks like John Lee has been cut.

Lee clinches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Simeon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Simeon paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Simeon lands with a right that hurts Lee. Lee looks to clinch but Simeon throws a short knee that drops Lee. This one is all over!
