Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Taylor (ranked 4091 p4p, 423 weight class) and Primo Volto (ranked 4051 p4p, 421 weight class). Primo Volto will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Teddy Taylor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Primo Volto!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volto throws a jab but it's blocked by Taylor.
Volto looks to land a combination but Taylor avoids it well.
Volto connects with a body shot.
Volto misses with a double jab
and Taylor counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Volto!
Volto gets back to half guard.
Volto is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Taylor is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Volto defends it well.
Volto is pressing down on Taylor's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Volto isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Taylor stacks Volto on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Taylor!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Taylor is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Volto knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Volto gets back to half guard.
Volto looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Volto trying to get back to full guard but Taylor takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Volto is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Taylor pulls his head out easily.

Taylor is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Volto doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Taylor.

Volto is looking to control Taylor's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Volto avoid being mounted?
Volto might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Taylor haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Taylor lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Taylor has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Volto to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Taylor is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Volto pulls down on the head and he's put Taylor to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Primo Volto!
