Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abdullah Dawsari (ranked 2377 p4p, 267 weight class) and Bekbulat Kamchybekov (ranked 2872 p4p, 313 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dawsari closes the distance and pushes Kamchybekov back into the cage.

Kamchybekov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kamchybekov is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dawsari sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dawsari rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kamchybekov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kamchybekov or perhaps it was just good defense by Dawsari, which made it look bad.

Dawsari darts in and clinches Kamchybekov up against the cage.
Dawsari is trying to drag Kamchybekov to the mat but Kamchybekov just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Dawsari shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Dawsari was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Kamchybekov parries the strikes from Dawsari easily there. Dawsari is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Kamchybekov to escape.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Dawsari lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Dawsari got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kamchybekov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dawsari has managed to get both his arms back between Kamchybekov's legs - danger averted.

Dawsari drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Dawsari seems to have locked his on tight now - Kamchybekov screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Dawsari, as he picks up the win!
