Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voronin scores with a head kick. Cathaway tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Jimmy Cathaway has been cut.
Cathaway slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Voronin scores with a sloppy right hand. Cathaway should have avoided that one.

Voronin fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cathaway.

Voronin works over Cathaway's head and body with a nice combination.
Cathaway tries to score with a low kick but Voronin moves his leg out of the way.
Voronin throws out a counter right but Cathaway avoids it with no problem.
Good leg kick by Cathaway there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Voronin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cathaway.
Cathaway swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Voronin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Cathaway can pounce on him.

Cathaway takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Voronin connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cathaway. Voronin does a little dance to reset his feet.

Voronin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cathaway swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cathaway feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Cathaway lands with a hook. Voronin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Cathaway takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Voronin connects with a single shot there.
Voronin is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Cathaway had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Voronin.

The fighters circle, before Voronin throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Cathaway's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Voronin lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
