The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Lou da Vinci and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sajid fails with the takedown.
Anton shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sajid manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Anton passes Sajid's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Anton is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sajid doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Anton.
Sajid is in trouble now - Anton has advanced to mount!
Anton is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Sajid can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Sajid slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Anton moves into full mount! Sajid won't be happy about that!

Anton postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Sajid looks a forlorn figure.

Anton is working for a kimura but Sajid is defending it quite comfortably.
Sajid is in trouble now - Anton has advanced to mount!
Anton wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Anton is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Sajid is surviving well by controlling Anton's body position as best he can.
Anton works his way to his opponent's back.
Anton looking for the choke but no joy.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Anton has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Sajid has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Anton is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Sajid is defending well though. Anton let's go of the attempt for now.

Sajid is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Anton gets his way!

Anton is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Sajid knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Sajid for a finish.

Anton is trying to stick to Sajid's back but Sajid is turning into Anton. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Anton's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Sajid.

Anton lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

You can see the frustration on Sajid's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Anton is working for a rear naked choke. Sajid is not defending it well and Anton has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Sajid refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Sajid's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
