Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Fletch Brandis (ranked 2639 p4p, 258 weight class) and Harry Hirsch (ranked 2331 p4p, 242 weight class). Brandis comes to the ring accompanied by Lynyrd Skynyrd : The Ballad of Curtis Loew. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Harry Hirsch!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.

Brandis reaches up to try and control the position but Hirsch seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Brandis rolls and tries to escape and now Hirsch has his back!

Hirsch has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Brandis has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

We've been hearing good reports from Brandis's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Hirsch is staying active underneath Brandis, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

After winning the bout, Harry Hirsch thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
In defeat, Fletch Brandis stepped up to the mic, saying 'I think I'm gonna drink a Miller Lite tonight and play some pool.'.
