Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bryson Pico (ranked 3327 p4p, 161 weight class) and Jose Pacheco (ranked 6040 p4p, 226 weight class). Pico comes to the cage accompanied by Lowkey - G-Eazy. Jose Pacheco looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bryson Pico!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 20 - 0, fighting out of London, Jose Pacheco!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacheco throws a body shot but no joy.
Pico bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Pacheco prevents Pico from improving position.
Pico is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Pico decides to take the fight back to the feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pico darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Pacheco won't allow Pico to pass to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pico tries to stand and escape but Pacheco is controlling the position.
Pico content to control rather than advance.
Pico lands with a punch from half guard.
Pico is thwarting Pacheco's attempts to control the position.
Pico is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Pacheco is trying to get back to full guard.
Pacheco is concentrating on defense, preventing Pico from advancing position.
Pico looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Pacheco is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Pico takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Pico trying to mount his opponent but Pacheco defends it.
Pacheco controlling the position well.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Pico is trying to work for a kimura but Pacheco is defending well.
Pico is looking to advance position but Pacheco won't allow it.
Pico is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Pico controlling the pace.
Pico's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Pacheco closes the distance and clinches.
Pico tries for a takedown but Pacheco manages to get underhooks.
Pacheco tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Pico jumps guard and drags Pacheco to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pacheco has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Pico to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Pacheco is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Pico pulls down on the head and he's put Pacheco to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Bryson Pico!
During a confident post fight interview, Bryson Pico thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
