Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Hepple (ranked 75 p4p, 12 weight class) and Akeen Coker (ranked 316 p4p, 51 weight class). Akeen Coker told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coker with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Coker looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Donk. Hepple catches Coker right on the button with a cross.
Hepple connects with a solid leg kick.
Hepple closes the distance and pushes Coker back into the cage.
Coker scores with a nice hook to the head.
Coker scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Hepple goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Hepple blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hepple creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Coker manages to pull guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hepple is looking to stand up but Coker won't let him.
Hepple trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Coker pulls Hepple in close to prevent any damage.
Hepple gets to his feet - Coker follows without any prompting.
Hepple has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Coker.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hepple moves into range and clinches up with Coker.
Coker struggles to land a body shot inside as Hepple controls his hands.
Coker decides to pull guard.
Coker pushes a forearm under Hepple's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hepple is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
