Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Twist takes the fight into the clinch.
Dong misses with a body punch.
Twist lands a nice knee to the body.
Dong tries to throw a body punch but Twist avoids it by throwing Dong back against the cage.

Twist fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dong sprawls well initially but Twist persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Twist buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dong takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Twist's corner calls for a 1-2. Twist obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Dong tries to keep at a distance but Twist has taken the fight into the clinch.

Twist decides to pull guard.
Twist has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Twist wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Twist has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Twist pushes Dong off and scrambles back to his feet.

Twist clinches up with Dong and pushes him back against the cage.
Dong takes a knee right on the jaw!

It looks like Otong Dong has been cut.
Twist lands a shot to the body.
Twist throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dongs head.

Twist breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Twist scores with a jab to the body.
Dong is breathing heavily.
Twist displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Twist is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dong can do to turn this around?
Dong takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Twist fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dong looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Dong enables Twist to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dong manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Twist stays in close to Dong's body and controls the position.
Twist postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Twist advances position into side control!
Twist slows the pace down.

Twist looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Dong is avoiding damage well.

Twist is putting a hurting on Dong here, landing some big shots from side control.
Twist remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Twist stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Dong shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Twist defends it nicely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Twist digs a good body shot into Dong's ribs.
Twist works over Dong's head and body with a nice combination.
Nice body punch from Twist.

Twist has managed to clinch.
Twist lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Twist manages to break the clinch.
Twist lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Dong is looking to close the distance but Twist sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Dong crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Dong is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
