The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giroud fails to land with a series of punches.
Giroud takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Giroud takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kunakorn thuds his shin into the meat of Giroud's side.

Kunakorn connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Giroud onto his butt! Giroud bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Giroud is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Giroud darts in trying to clinch
and Kunakorn counters with a perfect left hook, dropping Giroud to the canvas. He tries to get back up quickly but his equilibrium is all over the place! He's up... he's back down again! There's no need for a count as the referee calls off the bout!
