Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Oneil (ranked 5397 p4p, 498 weight class) and Viktor Reznov (ranked 4897 p4p, 0 weight class). Oneil comes into the arena with Fucking in the bushes, Oasis. blaring out of the sound system. Mickey Oneil had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oneil stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Oneil tries to bum rush Reznov with a series of wild strikes but Reznov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Reznov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Oneil tries to improve position but can't.
Reznov goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Oneil rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Reznov's guard! Nice work there by Oneil!
Reznov looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Oneil has picked Reznov up and slammed him! Reznov can't keep hold of the triangle and Oneil manages to pass to side control!
Reznov is trying to control Oneil's posture but Oneil avoids it.

and Oneil counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Reznov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Oneil is fending him off so far but Reznov persists. Nope, Oneil circles away and we're back to standing.
Reznov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Oneil's guard.

Oneil has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Reznov is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Oneil.
