The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khadartsev uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Blazkov.
Blazkov feints and then cracks Khadartsev's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Khadartsev down.

Blazkov swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Khadartsev is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Blazkov's half guard.

Khadartsev is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Blazkov off and has taken his back!
Blazkov manages to reverse the position and now he's in Khadartsev's guard. Nice work there by Blazkov.
Our spies down at at Hard Time inform us that Khadartsev has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Blazkov is looking to stand up but Khadartsev won't let him.

Blazkov stands and steps away. Khadartsev gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Blazkov is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at The Wild Beasts Zoo that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Khadartsev takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

That was a close round but I would say that Ulysses Blazkov will probably get the nod.

It looks like Sasha Khadartsev has been cut.

Khadartsev cracks Blazkov with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Blazkov rolls with it to try and escape but Khadartsev cranks on the arm and Blazkov is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
