Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jonah Monteiro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Domonic Dilbrandt!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dilbrandt lands with a nice body punch.
Donk. Dilbrandt catches Monteiro right on the button with a cross.
A head kick from Dilbrandt lands but Monteiro takes it in his stride.
Dilbrandt uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Monteiro has time to react.

Monteiro is rocked!
Monteiro looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dilbrandt scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Monteiro doesn't seem bothered though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dilbrandt cracks Monteiro with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dilbrandt has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Monteiro to stand back up!
Oh Monteiro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dilbrandt ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Dilbrandt drops Monteiro with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Monteiro looks back up at him and smiles so Dilbrandt waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Monteiro shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dilbrandt as he avoids it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Monteiro swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Dilbrandt counters with a huge right that knocks Monteiro out cold! Dilbrandt is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Domonic Dilbrandt!
Domonic Dilbrandt spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
