Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jason Diaz (ranked 5044 p4p, 368 weight class) and Mark Hunt (ranked 4957 p4p, 363 weight class). Diaz comes to the ring accompanied by 2pac-Ambitionz az a Ridah. Mark Hunt is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Edson Gomes and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Diaz moves out of range of the strikes.
A clash of legs there as Diaz blocks the low kick.
A big left from Diaz misses.
Diaz moves out of range of the leg kick from Hunt.

Diaz closes the distance and pushes Hunt back into the ropes.
Diaz lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Hunt.

Diaz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Hunt catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Diaz stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Diaz walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!

It looks like Jason Diaz has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Diaz fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hunt is out of range.
Hunt takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A leg kick checked by Hunt.
A little jabbing left from Hunt on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
No joy there for Hunt, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Diaz misses with a wild combination.
Diaz takes a swing at Hunt's ribcage but misses.
As Diaz backs off Hunt throws a huge counter combo but Diaz manages to avoid it all.
Hunt blocks a jab.
Diaz swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Hunt counters with a lead uppercut that lands right on the button! Diaz goes down! Will Diaz beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's up! No problem. Let's get back to the action!

Diaz is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Diaz just misses with a punch to the body.
Hunt slips a jab and a cross from Diaz.
Hunt lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Diaz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hunt misses with a hook.

Diaz closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Diaz is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Hunt is keeping busy.
Hunt is trying to break the clinch but Diaz is controlling him.
Diaz throws a head punch that misses.
Hunt tries to break the clinch but Diaz is controlling the position.
Diaz goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Diaz swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Hunt wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Hunt breaks the clinch.
Diaz throws a right hand that Hunt ducks under and follows up with a left that Hunt also avoids with ease.
Diaz throws a hook but Hunt blocks it.
Diaz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hunt swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hunt chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Diaz can pounce on him.
Diaz wants to clinch
and Hunt counters with a big uppercut that nearly lifts Diaz off his feet! Diaz crashes to the mat in all kinds of trouble! The referee starts the count but I'm not sure it's necessary - Diaz isn't going to make it! The count reaches 10 and this fight is all over! Hunt screams and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmmm spit, everywhere. Lovely.
