Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nicholas Sandoval (ranked 24317 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Francis (ranked 4776 p4p, 0 weight class). Charles Francis told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francis looks to land a combination but Sandoval avoids it well.
Francis misses with a two punch combination.
Sandoval lands with a right hand.
Francis lands a nice shot that snaps Sandoval's head back.

It looks like Nicholas Sandoval has been cut.
Francis throws a poor cross that misses

and Sandoval counters by moving into the clinch.
Francis with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Francis misses with a punch to the body.
Francis lands a left hand.

Sandoval breaks the clinch.
Sandoval drops his hands momentarily and Francis takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Francis throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Sandoval closes the distance and pushes Francis back into the cage.

Francis pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Francis is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Francis misses with a low kick.
Francis moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
A punch combination from Francis misses.
Charles Francis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Francis misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Francis throws a half hearted mid kick.
Francis throws a head kick but Sandoval moves out of range.

Francis lands a left and a right that send Sandoval crashing to the mat, dazed. Francis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Sandoval is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Francis drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Sandoval right on the button. Sandoval goes down! Francis follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Francis gets the win via TKO!
