Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nicholas Sandoval!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sammy Sosa!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sandoval has closed the distance and engaged Sosa in a clinch.
Sandoval prevents the takedown attempt.
Sandoval tries to circle away but Sosa has him pinned against the cage.
Sosa avoiding damage as Sandoval throws knees to the body.
Sosa drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Sandoval gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Sandoval's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sandoval swats away the attempt to clinch by Sosa.
Sosa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sandoval sprawls well. Sandoval wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sosa gets slowly back to his feet.

Sosa is stalling here. Sandoval is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Sosa seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Sandoval has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sandoval cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Sandoval lands a couple of good shots and Sosa has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
