Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Manny Mayweather (ranked 4645 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor King (ranked 2795 p4p, 285 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayweather misses with a shot to the body
and King counters with a one-two to the body.
Mayweather throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mayweather throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and King counters with a low kick, right behind Mayweather 's knee.

King stalks Mayweather and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mayweather's face. Mayweather staggers backwards, shaken.
King takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mayweather tries to close the distance and clinch up but King swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Mayweather.

King sneaks out the side door and pushes Mayweather away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mayweather shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. King manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Mayweather on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mayweather tries to get out of the position.

King is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

King wants to free his trapped foot but Mayweather is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Mayweather wants to control but King is keeping busy and won't allow it.

King works his foot free and advances to mount.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
King content just to control the position here.

Mayweather holds on to King around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks.

King has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Oooooh!!! King has knocked Mayweather down with a huge combo! King steps away and waves a wobbly Mayweather back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Mayweather is pressed up against the cage. King has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Mayweather down to the mat. Mayweather avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mayweather ducks down and throws a hook to the body but King moves away.
King scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

letting King counter with a right hand.
King throws a right and a left that both miss.
King cracks the inside of Mayweather's front leg.
Conor King seems to be getting the better of the standup.

King lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Mayweather takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Mayweather throws a poor cross that misses
and King counters with a thumping low kick.
Mayweather misses with a shot to the body
and King counters with a stiff right hand.
Mayweather is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Mayweather tries to clinch up
and King counters with a nice body shot.
King bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mayweather's head backwards.
King lands an overhand right.

Mayweather is rocked!
Mayweather gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and King cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Oh Mayweather is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

King drops Mayweather with a straight right hand, right on the button! King follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
